The folks at Napa are really great to deal with. I was looking for an unusual size u joint to fit a side-by-side off road vehicle. Within just a few minutes they had located one that matched what I needed. I don't usually recommend places ,but these folks are great to deal with and they take care of their customers. It's nice to know that there's an auto parts store with helpful folks. I thought they were all gone.

Absolutely amazing customer service!! Definitely recommend everyone I talk to use them! I took my 08 Silverado there with 310k miles on for replacement of the rear u-joints, 2 of the 4 bolts broke off which usually means a large increase in your bill and it wasn't!! They have my business from now on! And they were much more responsible than any other shop I called.

Wonderful service and fantastic staff! They treated me like I was family.. Maybe even better than family. They helped me jump my car off at work and got me to the shop. They were fast and so nice. Highly recommend them for your car needs!
