They are rude to customers and I waited for 20 min for someone to even take my order with workers coming around looking at me standing at the register. The store is gross and they have no respect I will not spend no money there.

Manager extremely unprofessional. Loudly telling someone else a young guys review including faults right next to the counter where everyone in the lobby could hear , then yelling at all of the employees for everyone to hear . I'm almost deaf , completely deaf in my left ear and 60 percent hearing loss in right ear , and I could hear her clearly . Bun on my burger was hard and dry . Horrible place with even worse manager. The only reason I give one star is because they don't have a negative star choice .

The most grossly incompetent McDonald’s in all of Eastern Tennessee. My husband ordered two plain McDouble’s due to being allergic to both onions and tomatoes… Sure enough, we are handed 2 regular McDouble’s… Thankfully, I checked his food before he ate it. Thanks for almost poisoning my husband. I will be contacting corporate! Please do yourself a favor and drive to Athen’s or Sweetwater…

Went two times today, everyone up front was extremely rude. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will be contacting corporate. This is the worst McDonald's sad you have to drive all the way to Dayton for decent McDonald's.
