This is absolutely the worst place I have ever been to in my life. Been sitting here 10 and a 1/2 hours Over 8 hours past our delivery time. Maybe if everybody stuck together and just stop bringing them freight then there's no more work and there's no more business because obviously they don't treat truckers very good here and they don't appreciate the fact we're The ones bringing in all The freight

Had a great experience here. The ladies in guard shack were top notch and super friendly. Was out in 3 hours which was super nice considering most McLanes is usually 5hrs or more. The only complaint is other drivers not respecting their fellow drivers and blocking in when trying to back up. Plenty of room for backing in most doors you can pull up and straight line back.

Guards are nice but like others have said don’t show up more than an hour early. My info said 1400 got here at 1300 was denied because according to their paperwork I didn’t have an appointment till 1600. Parked out on the street and walked to re-check in at 1500 told to sit in the drive and got a door at 1600. (Door 24) got a call at 1800 because the dock was screwy and move to dock 14 . currently 1925 and I’m still being unloaded with no hope of ever leaving.
