I love this store and take a stroll through on a regular basis. I have personally always had amazing customer service there, the people at the counter are really nice and accommodating. Most the prices are reasonable and better than greedwill by far. Not every trip is a score but I have found some gems! Highly recommended

Their inventory changes frequently. Stock depends on what's been donated. Always worth stopping regularly.

They have a couple of guys to unload for you. I heard them tell someone to let them know you are there and they will unload for you. I think you can just go there to donate.
