I love Arby's so I am a bit biased. The Athens location was newly remodeled about a year ago. It looks nice and is clean and well lit. It can be tough getting back into traffic from the parking lot, but any business in this area has the same issue. On this visit the food was fresh and tasty. The service was quick and the employees were super nice!

Every time I go to the Athens TN Arby's I go thru the drive thru. And every time the same lady is working the drive thru window. I don't know her name or I would put it on this review but she is African American (and no I am not racist at all but I have no other way of describing her). And she is ALWAYS rude, never smiles or greet you and treats you as if you are unwelcome there and like you are just completely bothersome to her. Today I went thru the drive thru and she got mad and was completely rude when I asked her for some napkins. So to say the least Customer Service is VERY LACKING!! The 1st time it happened I gave her tjr benefit of doubt and thought maybe she was just having a bad day...BUT NO it is every time!! I called and spoke with the manager about her behavior and he said he would take care of it. Well only time will tell if Arby's actually cares about their customers and handles the situation correctly and promptly. If not they will lose my business.

Slow service and the fish sandwich looked thrown together. Fries just past warm at best. A wasted almost $10. Young lady at window was nice though.

This has to be the busiest Arby's I have ever visited, but they were fast at getting orders filled. I literally stupid in a line of ten people and they were hustling to keep things running smoothly.
