Yes you can bring roofing shingles in. They give home owners 500 pounds a week free. After that they charge somewhere between 40 to 60 a ton
Is there wood chips/mulch available for free? I have seen free mulch sign at 315 and hwy 16.
I'm wondering if this is where I'd go to get that free mulch.

Just moved here from NY. We have lots of cardboard boxes. Recycle is collected 1 bin per week. Can we bring the rest to Rosemary Hill?

Trash cans, you have to buy yourself. Home Depot and Lowe's have them. Two recycle bins are provided per household. If you go to the Clay County government website, there will be an area with instructions for making the request. When I moved to my current house, I had to call, but it may have changed since.
