Gave me a hard time about returning a defective shock I got from another store. . Cause they were closed on the weekend. Don't waste your time, lady in there is rude. I'll go to another parts store and get name brand Monroe shocks cheaper than the napa ones next time...

Really,Really friendly patient, tolerant of my shade tree questions + they had parts i couldn't find anywhere else, you may pay a little more but the quality of the parts ? Makes it Well worth it, I'd rather do it once other than 2,3 Maybe 4 times with Substandard parts.
