My husband and I brought my mom to Garrison for a family reunion. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Cold AC, working Wi-Fi. No frills to be sure, but it’s small town America.

I used to work here when the parent owned and ran the hotel. Nothing but positive reviews from the guests as we and the old owners took care in the business. Unfortunately that's all gone since his son took over. Shame on him. And shame on Irene and Dennis Jeffrey for letting the hotel turn into what it is today.

Stains on the sheets, and the place reeks, the workers don't even work, the soda machine barley work, they don't refill, and they don't clean, I'd rather just stay inside a popcorn machine, electricity went out and we had to switch the room we already bought we had to rent again, and again the workers don't check on the stuff, the fridge was spilling ice and it was wet and stuff, the manager yelled and screamed and shouted, she had to raise a tone and she was talking all about it like we in 90 degree weather you expect us to stay in here, never gonna come again this place is just queer. ( A summary and rap I spent 2 minutes on )

Handbook says no Indians allowed, so I can't even book a room since I'm Native. Clearly racist owners and terrible service, and I'm pretty sure that's illegal business practices in 2018. Don't give these people your money.

It is! You can see photographs of their employee guide with the phrasing that excludes "Drunks, Indians". You've got a few dozen other hotel choices in the area; I'd recommend any other one 👍
