The guy who took our order and fixed the food was so kind... however, the little blonde with the headset was very off-putting. She was learning or pretty much laying the top half of her body across the front counter the whole time we where there, which was about an hour. She ticked me off when she told me there was no ice for the drinks and that all drinks would be hot. And I asked why they didn't just go buy some bagged ice to put in their ice bin and she shrugged and said, well our managers not here. So she didn't care weather we had anything to drink with our food. The gravy was so old and cold it wasn't edible. And my snickers blizzard that I know was not cheap had old tasting candy in it and I couldn't eat it at all. The kids had blizzards with oreos and they were ok. I was in shock that the blonde literally was not helping anyone or at least trying to look busy. I will never set foot back in that place. Photo of the nastiest looking gravy in the world. Thru could have at least warmed it up.

I sat in line for 45 min only had three cars ahead of me. Then I get to the window and was asked if a order was mine I told the guy no and I proceeded to tell him my order and he said he gave it to the person in front of me and didnt know what to do that it would take a while to re make it. So needless to say never got the food I ordered.
