Order missing fries. Burger hard and gross with all mustard and no ketchup. Won't ever order again from this location. They weren't even busy. Avoid. Edit: burger king app support refunded my order, so I'm not as upset, but this location will remain 1 star.

Cant order even the simplest of meals without them screwing it up not to mention they dont wrap the meals... just thrownin the bag?... go to North utica youll have better service and a better meal
