PetSmart in New Hartford has been my go to grooming for my 2 babies. Friendly atmosphere, cheerful staff, and always there if I need them. Appts online, my babies are there only a few hours instead of all day , and even though my babies get nervous, they’re always good to groomers.😊 I highly recommend this location in new Hartford, NY.

I've seen the Ferrets, Hamsters, and other but I can't remember seeing Rabbits....just give it a try or call them. Yes they answer the phone and are very friendly just like when in Store.
PetSmart Adoptions for cats/kittens are through the local humane society. You'd have to talk to them about adopting and fees. There is also a volunteer from there who comes into the store on a schedule to help answer questions and help the adoption process. The volunteer schedule is on the side door of the adoption area

Just have the receipt and the harness. The easier they can figure out what it is, the easier the return will go. Harnesses go in all kinds of brands and sizes, so be patient when the cashier is figuring it out for you.

Yes they will still groom your doggie. While you are there buy some flea prevention.
