Buying experience was decent, but bought a new 2020 ram 2 yrs ago ended up trading it in in 2021 has been over a year since it was traded in and I am owed for the remaining extended warranty. Emerling dodge was notified and sent odometer form a year ago and 6 months ago when they claimed they never got it now I can't even get a call back or received any money/paperwork. Now i unfortunately have had to retain a lawyer to get the money back that's owed. Would not recommend on my experience with them.
