Bad customer service. My parents went for their passports. George was rude and talking loudly to them. He made a simple matter so complicated and didn't bother to explain it politely. It wasn't a pleasant experience.

Absolutely terrible all are ignorant. 2pm with a line of people they put closed signs up and walk away. If you are not a pretty lady the one guy will not even help you. Closest to my house but will never use again. I ship 500-1000 packages a week ups & FedEx do not treat people the way this post office does.
