Ordered a refurbished Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ from Woot through Amazon and was sent a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 not the plus model. I've been trying to get it replaced and even though they currently still sell the same item they are refusing saying they can only refund the purchase price. And of course the price of the item went up by $80 so I won't be able to get what I rightfully paid for.

Go to the Woot website and log into your account. Then go to customer service for the return process. I want to ask about my order > I want to cancel or return some stuff > I want to return the items I ordered > select your items and follow the return process.
