Love, love the new equipment. Did a fantastic job on my truck! Funny to see so many negative reviews. Anytime I had trouble long ago I was able to contact them and they resolved. Also I see the attendant there every time I am there during weekday hours.

Yeah I always do the full power wash. I thing the manual wash is hard because you have to keep putting money in so it takes more time and arguably just as much money. Is there a number you can call to get your money back?

How do you get a refund when the automatic car wash doesn't work? The automatic door only opened half way and I wasn't able to drive my vehicle into the wash bay to wash it. It was a $9 wash.

Well there all computer ran so when there is a lot person there tell him and he most likely will give you the wash or refund on the spot. But the system will show an error just write the time and date on something
