The maintenance supervisor Sean is amazing! As a new tenant I have had quite a lot of requests that were all handled in a timely manner and most importantly very satisfactorily. He is very skilled and knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile out of his way to make sure you're happy.

Really great place, GREAT MANAGING TEAM! Finally writing this review, I have been considering it for so many months. I moved in 3 years ago into one of the townhomes, It is beautiful. I have a view, good space, like that it has been remodeled. We are happy here. I write this review to throw some shade on some of the negative reviews. Ex-employees have stimulated many of these reviews. I know this because I lived close to one of them, and this individual was quick to hand out private emails of corporate individuals. He was always encouraging us to "blast them" on many sites. I openly admit that I did listen to him often, but I have never agreed with what he encourages and think it is just mean. Simpson- you have a really good manager and maintenance crew. Do not believe what you read- many of these are personal attacks from supporting friends of several employees that you have moved on from. I think you should have not allowed these employees to live here after they left your business, they have really kept an ugly environment around here. My partner encouraged me to not write this review, but after watching the manager and maintenance team in the snow, when it was like 20 degrees for hours spreading sand to keep the roads safe and shoveling, I had to speak up. Manger is friendly and kind. She always greets me when I go to the gym, we have openly had friendly conversation, I like her. Maintenance work hard and can solve problems, only recommendation to Simpson is to encourage your team to maybe talk less and repair quickly. I appreciate how nice they are but sometimes they just talk too much when I am working from home and I just want my repair made. Rent increases the last year were high, I hope Simpson sees this and appreciates that rents are closely encroaching on a house payment. And if our rent does go up as much as it did this year we will have to move. Thank you for fixing the waterfall, thank you for always helping when we need it. Great place to live- I just had to set the record straight on what I know to really allow people to decipher what they read.

Thank you Candy for helping us choose the best apartment for our family. We are beyond grateful that we found someone that was very friendly and helpful throughout our move process. We are so happy living at Boulder Creek, we finally found an apartment that is very spacious, relaxing and with beautiful views all around. Walking trails close by and better yet pet friendly. Thank you again Candy for such a great experience in our move in process at Boulder Creek.

We just moved into an apartment here at Boulder Creek, we worked with Candy and she was awesome! She was super bubbly and has a great attitude, she answered all the questions we had and made the application process easy. The apartment looks great and the neighbors we have met so far have been really friendly. The location is nice and convenient as it’s only a few minutes away from our jobs and it’s quite around the community at night. I will update the star rating after we have been here for a few months.
