They deserve ZERO stars! The customer service is HORRIBLE! The employees are RACIST. My friends were ordering drinks at the bar when the bartender IOANNA insulted my friend (whose birthday we were celebrating), asking why were we F**** outside if we aren’t tipping. My friend didn’t even get a chance to sign the receipt or grab HER CASH before they were surrounded and forced out of the facility by 6 men because of IOANNA’s DISRESPECTFUL AND NASTY attitude. On top of that they didn't let our BLACK male friends inside of the building and told them it is "not that kind of party" made them exist the line.

Loved the hospitality from the incredible staff. The moment we arrived, the Doorstaff Greeted us and welcomed us, we were searched by Security properly. Truly a fun night that’s one to be remembered.

Tunnel was such a great time! It's the perfect spot to bring a friend group. I loved the club atmosphere and that it's located right in the heart of River North. The music and lighting were amazing! Tunnel's where you go for a high-energy, fun night out!
