wowowowow I have never been to a venue in my entire life that had staff as rude and disrespectful to the point where it felt like harassment as much as this venue staff... I feel so bad for fans and the touring staff (who was wonderful, so nice and helpful!) of that concert because honestly it was a nightmare for both of us. The venue staff was so rude and disrespectful to everyone. The security man at the front door? marco or marlo or something? this man was on the biggest power trip I have ever seen in my life. Full on screaming at people waiting in line for a concert, telling us to move off "his sidewalk" which is a public sidewalk. They wouldn't allow our line to move past a certain point around the building, but then this man was screaming SO aggressively for us to not bunch up or cluster and threatening to not let us into the concert even though we were not doing anything wrong. The venue staff refused to move down the line to ask the back of the line to move back, instead screaming at the people at the front who had absolutely no way to move backwards. He was threatening people in line who weren't even arguing with him and pushing people to move out of the way so they weren't blocking "his sidewalk". You cannot expect people to form an organized safe line if all you're doing is yelling at people and not creating any sort of actual plan to create space. And also, the front staff that's supposed to be watching the crowd for safety was filming the concert on their phones and had their backs to the crowd the entire show. Including when someone passed out. Way to keep a safe environment for the patrons of your establishment. I was truly disappointed by this venue. The only redeeming thing about the concert was that the group was amazing to see live and their touring staff was very nice.

I was just here for a concert and my experience was AWFUL. First of all, the touring staff for the group I saw was amazing. Super friendly, very organized and made our awful experience with the venue staff better in every way they could. The venue staff, on the other hand, were rude, aggressive, and downright disrespectful. The “security guard” Marco/Marlo/Whatever the hell his name is was probably the worst part about the whole day. The constant screaming and berating comments coming from him were just disgusting. He was fighting with the tour staff, the fans, literally anyone he could. He threatened to not let us into the venue, yelled at us about blocking the sidewalk but on the same note would not let us wrap the line around the building, resulting in us bunching up in clusters on the sidewalk. Most of the people here to see the show were really young too, and seeing him scream at them the way he did was infuriating. Such a sorry excuse for a “security guard”. Overall, this place is trash. No AC, disgusting bathrooms, disrespectful staff, and no organization. Major props to the touring staff for saving the day and putting up with the people that work here. This was probably THE WORST place to have held a concert.

Venue was small, and hot with zero ventilation. The speakers barely worked so we could’ve even hear the artist that was 6 feet in front of us. I heard them clapping more often than I heard the songs. Venue staff were so rude. Yelling at the front of the line for crowding the sidewalk when the back of the line wouldn’t move, saying that he wouldn’t let us into the show. They did not seem like they wanted to be there much less care about what was happening. Security took a friend of mines light stick because it was ‘sharp’ just to return it five minutes later. There was a situation in the crowd and security didn’t even get there for five minutes not to mention the technical difficulties that the performers team couldn’t account for. Beware if you ever see a show here.

Parking???? Where do you park at?

You cant park anywhere because all side streets are for residential parking and you'll get a ticket. So I advise you all who are going there to take a bus or walk. I currently live in the neighborhood and parking already is a huge problem.
