Completely awful service by John the manager tonight. Theatre room 5 was trashed upon entering 5 mins before the movie. Manager has a could care less attitude. Pop corn also tasted awful and was clearly old as it was chewy. Confirmed with my step dad who was also eating the same pop. Another customer complained about the pop corn at the same time. I brought my complaint to John and he acted in disbelief. I asked John to try it if he thought it tasted well. He refused and then called me "Dawg" which is unprofessional and not a way to patronize a disappointed customer. He also then condescended me in front of another customer about the complaint of it being chewy. I asked if he was new as I have never had this bad of service before or seen him before. He laughed and said he had been here 7 years, I was out of line, and asked if I was having a bad day. I said nope not until coming here and then John responded with "yeah same until I met you" Hands worst service I have ever experienced here.

Luxury seats are nice if you can get one, so many people sneak in that even if you buy a ticket you can't get a seat. Luxury seats are the one thing this theater has over it's nearest competition on the ND side of the river. Without the recliners it's higher priced tickets and concessions even though the serving sizes of pop and popcorn are smaller. They're close to downtown and even have their own liquor license so you're often surrounded by disturbingly inebriated folks. I wish I could review different times of day and circumstances. If it wasn't opening weekend for a big film and if it was during the early afternoon this would be a far more pleasant experience. But this review is specifically for opening weekends and late evening showtimes.

They have a convenience fee per seat. It's a total scam. All 3 phone numbers (office line, movie line, and manager line), are complete dead ends. Please just go to AMC or something. It's not worth the extra fees and questionable customer service. Never going again. Edit* i did NOT buy luxury seating. Every available seat at every showing for 2 different movies had it. The seats were exactly the same, and far from luxury. SCAM
