Recently went through the drive through with my 91 yr old mother who has Alzheimer’s. Waited in a long line, got to the window, was handed our drinks, receipt and credit card, and not realizing we didn't have our burgers, pulled out. I turned back into the parking lot, and seeing the line was still long, I parked the car, left mom in it while I ran to the door and knocked on it to see if they could just hand the food to me. Several workers saw me and motioned for me to get in the car line. I tried to get someone to come close to the door so i could tell them I already ordered and paid and just needed our food. They turned their backs and ignored me. I hurried back to Mom, got back in the long line, and when we got to the window again, I said, "I think you could have come to the door." The person, in the rudest voice I have ever heard, said," I think I couldn't have. Our dining room is closed and we can't go running over to everyone who comes pounding on our door," and slammed the window on me. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. And I never treated a customer so rudely when I worked at fast food places or anywhere else. I've lived in East Grand Forks all my life amd like to support EGF business, but am going across the river for my DQ from now on.

Strawberry Sundae and cheese burger meal was yummy but wish they tell you that French fries are seasoned now with black pepper mixed cause I'm highly allergic to it so was a waste and lucky my burger was separately wrapped or that been wasted to.

First of all, the food wasn’t even good, so that made my experience even worse! The manager, oh actually the owner of the Dairy Queen; just so we’re clear, was incredibly rude and was being so disrespectful to my friends and I when we were simply asking a question, and then proceeded to shut the window on us after telling us “bye”. 0/10 would not recommend, I will not be going here again.

Food was hot, fresh and fast! Ordered the chicken strip basket, thought the chicken would have been pre-made for how quick it came out. Not so! Very hot and well prepared!
