Awesome bar/restaurant right along a canal that flows into the Schuylkill River, which is visible right thru the woods. Plenty of outside seating when weather permits. Everything we had off the BBQ/smoker menu was sooooo good. The smoked Mac & cheese & the pulled pork Sammie w/ long hots & provolone was off the hook, absolutely delicious !!! Highly recommend & we will be back !!!

Sometimes I give 5 stars before even sampling the food or drink. I did it here because they were wonderful from the moment I arrived. I didn’t make it past the delicious smell of bbq that intoxicated. The staff was so friendly and helpful. And the prices… great deals. Made me shake my head at what bbq places in Philly charge. And then I tasted. Worth it! The gentleman who created the Trail Cup is a genius along the lines of Steve Jobs - the savory, sexier cousin of the yogurt parfait with layers of mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, and brisket. I better take a picture of this before I eat it all!
