Horrible! Horrible! customer service a lady "Lamida" who answered the phone couldn't find our radon test in the system. She cut me off REPEATEDLY during the call after I was trying to explain the problem. I provided her the test kit number in the email I recieved.She still couldn't find the test nor would she listen. When I asked her could she "listen to me without cutting me off" .....she HUNG UP on me. I hope the call is recorded I will definitely be talking to her managers. Oh and she said she was the only one there all week, which explains the bad attitude and poor customer service. I see why your reviews are 2 stars. SHE NEEDS RE-TRAINING OR TO BE FIRED! Oh and I still don't know where out test results or radon kit is.

Expedited shipping, expedited testing and 4 days have gone buy after they recieved it and no results. Nobody answers phones, email voice message. Not happy and demand a refund.

Won't be using them again. Purchased a radon test kit from Lowes. Tried registering it on the AE Labs website but kept getting java hook errors that prevented any success. Tried again a few days later and it was successful but not before losing information I had entered. I had to reenter the info a few times. I then tried ordering a fedex label from their website and it went through saying I should receive a label via email within 5 minutes. After waiting 3 hours I contacted them via email (per their own instructions). They said they couldn't help me because the postage request was still being processed. I asked them what was the purpose of your website saying I should contact you if there were issues, when there is basically nothing you can do? Funny how the credit card payment for the postage went through immediately after my order. I informed them I would be requesting a refund for the postage as well as the kit if I did not receive my label by that evening. The radon kit is time sensitive and I had to mail it the next morning. The postage label email finally came that evening (nearly 10 hours late. again, it said it would take 5 minutes). Very poorly managed process and website.

Should have read the reviews before purchasing a radon test from here. Haven’t received my results and their link to check the results online does not work. I keep getting an error message. No customer service agents to help just a messaging “bot” that refers me to useless information. Very disappointed.

I sent mine in 4x! Still they send me back blank forms telling me my information was incomplete. BS!
Richard, results are typically completed 3-5 business days after receipt. If you need results faster, an optional Lab Rush Service is available which will guarantee your results complete by the end of the next business day after receipt. This rush service costs $10 per test.
