Worst apartments ever with overpriced living.... no maintenance done.. no bug services I. The past e years....and well towe your car with out warnings .... front gate was broken by residents because they wouldn't even give residents gate code. So the people broke it.... overpriced and horrible living. Water pressure to the kitchen sink is so bad.. and warm water takes over 1 hour to even get 70• degrees...

Do not move here. I signed a whole new lease and 3 months after signing that lease somewhere out the blue im told that I owe for the month of december from the previous year and lease which I am 100% I paid. Not to mention that once you dont pay they usually will give you some kind of notice saying you owe or you are going to be evicted. Didnt get any kind of notice until 2 months later after I signed the new lease. So 5 months later and 2 months later into my new lease I somehow have this charge. Management keeps changing since then I kept getting told they would figure it out and reach out to me. We have a new management team again and instead of getting back to me about it even though I talked to the new management they went ahead and filed for eviction. I didnt even know there was an eviction filed until I actually went to the portal online which they recently JUST got up and running. I was told if I dont have my receipt for my last year lease then they would not help. Why would I keep receipts for a finished contract from last year? Now I know why. So I was told I would have to pay for that EVEN though I was not even made aware of it upon signing a whole new lease.

You are right, new, management is completely failed , they are doing nothing but playing with residents
Leasing staff very rude they don't care about their renters. All the time for any maintenance you have to in leasing but one time 5 or 6 time or more. If you have 2 bedroom apartment or more they just give one parking sticker and there behavior very bad
I went on apartments.com and found another place.
Property manager is a woman not a man, if you are reasonable with her she does care about our problems or just move.
Yes they do both money orders and checks
This place is graveyard , never try to live here, new team is asking money for kickbacks Todo work
