The goal of pest control is to completely eliminate any pest problems that you may be seeing. So if you don’t have any bugs, we are doing our job! Customers often think that once they are pest free, it is a good time to cancel. We would advise against it, as you will start to experience pest problems in 3-6 months once new pests begin to move into the area.

Once signing up for services, you will receive same day or next day service. A Fox tech will come out to your home and spray to stir up any bugs that may be hiding. Then, within the next 1-3 weeks, a second technician will come to your home. This tech will become your dedicated technician, and will take care of you going forward.

Unless you request an interior treatment to target a specific pest problem, it is no longer necessary for you to be present during your home’s scheduled service. Once the interior is pest free, we maintain the barrier around the home according to your protection plan’s treatment schedule.
