I always feel so much better after a manipulation from Dr. Philip. He takes his time to understand what his patients truly need and cares about being a good person and contributing to the community. The office staff always does a great job of ensuring the patients feel welcome and ensuring all administrative matters are completed correctly! Thank you all !

Dr. Minotti is brilliant. I was due to schedule rotator cuff surgery. He was able to heal my shoulder. No surgery and no downtime. Recently I had an angry wrist and Dr. Minotti was able to heal it quickly. They are amazing!!!!

Excellent experience! The staff and Dr. Minotti are all friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I received PRP Therapy in both knees and have noticed significant improvement in daily movement and functionality. Highly recommend.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom who is a patient here. She raves about Dr. Philip. She had gone in for frozen shoulder and back pain, and is currently undergoing OMT (osteopathic manipulative therapy). After a few treatments, she experienced significant improvements, and she attributes them to “Dr. Philips magic hands”. Not only is he kind and intelligent, but it is very evident that he genuinely cares about his patients. Bottom line: I would highly recommend Dr. R Philip

NTXMSK treats patients from all areas. We have patients from all over the country and even some international patients. Dr. Minotti is honored to be recognized by his peers with the Top Docs award for the fourth consecutive year. Many patients travel to our clinic for stem cell therapy & PRP for this and many other reasons. If you are coming from a distance, please inform our staff who will assist you with local lodging. Our office is conveniently located near to the Dallas / Fort Worth International Airport.
Stem Cell Therapy harvests mesenchymal stem cells from either bone marrow or adipose cells. A localized anesthetic is administered to reduce discomfort. Most patients report only a pressure during the harvesting process. You will have soreness to this site and the site of the injection for a few days that can generally be relieved with an ice compress. Approved pain killers can also be prescribed to reduce this discomfort, along with a mild sedative to help with comfort during the procedure. If you have any more questions in regards to stem cells or any other regenerative injections, please give us a call and we'll be happy to answer your questions.
Platelet Rich Plasma Injections (PRP) are generally effective for helping the body heal after meniscus tear. This, of course, depends on the severity. The doctor may offer another alternative or additional therapy in order to give our patients, what we hope to be, the best chance for recovery.
The choice between PRP and Stem Cell Therapy depends on several factors: severity of the injury, age of the patient, length of the injury, and individual healing tendencies. With age and chronic injury, the number of local stem cells is depleted in varying degrees, reducing the availability of necessary healing cells. Stem Cell Therapy directly offers a concentrated supply of mesenchymal stem cells, making Stem Cell Therapy more effective with severe or more chronic injuries. Most ACL injuries, however, are successfully treated with PRP if a portion of the tissue is intact.
Stem cells cost between $3000.00 to $4000.00 and half off for a second area performed on the same day. Cost of PRP depends on the complexity of the area. Costs generally range from $600- $900 with 50% discount for second area if treatments are done on the same day. Please ask us any questions you may have in regards to pricing of our therapy services by giving us a call so that we can help.
