With the digital based direction that gaming has been taking I dont find myself buying a whole lot in here anymore. That said I still love coming through and seeing what they do have. Maybe a new game or a new thingy for my desk. That child and teen -hood nostalgia is still there. This particular location has always had wonderful customer service. The employees are helpful, knowledgeable and always willing to let you know their opinions on the latest game

People's feelings about trade credit amounts aside, I just LOVE the customer service at this store! Lance and his crew always maybe great suggestions and recommend the best deals. Sometimes it may feel a little up-sell heavy, but that really is only because they are gamers themselves and know what other gamers need. If you are just casual, mention that and they ease off. They always ask but aren't pushy about anything. Always pre-order and always buy used! A+++

You can but they have limitations to what will be cash and what will be GameStop credit. As for the used game it depends how old it is, they have a value calculator on their website.
No, they only have it for Xbox one, Ps3, Ps4 and maybe some older systems.
