Roberto Garza is the most disgusting inconsiderate person who gave us no chance or help whatsoever. He created a huge problem and heartache for so many families many were forced to sale there trailers to people who personally know Roberto for very little money and many were constantly harassed with questions regarding when would they be moving there trailers and offering low balling offers.

Roberto Garza is the property manager fist very insensitive person who in the right mind gives 90 days to evacuate I lost tons of money on applications to rent a new place especially with everything rising in prices plus covid many on the residents had to move into small apartments or far away there is nothing available in Irving! Roberto Garza did not care about anyone situation and demanded money from a previous manager that had done fraud it’s not fair !

This would depend on the owner of the mobile home I'd say contact the office sometimes the manager has the prices if not you would need to speak to the owner of the mobile home
