I went in to remove a citation through the the Defensive Driving option. I came when it was raining and about to close, so it was empty and had less than a minute wait. Everyone there was chill and understanding, especially Jenny, who was very kind and informative while helping me out. I understand that possibly not everyone who goes here is going to have the best of times, but for as far as my experience goes, I couldn't really have asked for anything more.

This place highlights the incompetence of a state run organization. Even though they are taking your money they can’t work around your schedule at all and it seems like they hardly know how to use their phones and email. Only thing they are good for is working out a payment plan so they can be sure they get your money.

Called several times and left several messages. No call back.N option to speak to a live operator at their main number. Pathetic.

Collin county law Library. Go there and ask the librarian were you can read the answer to your question. The library is at the courthouse. Near Hwy 75, I don't know the address you will have to Google it.

procedure to file for divorce by mutual agreement by both parties. What is the procedure and where can i obtain the forms that need to be signed? I would like to drop them off in person, where do i go and how much is the cost?

That would be something you'd have to do at the county court on Bloomdale. The Municipal court handles Class C misdemeanors such as traffic tickets.
