We are currently experiencing the same problem and getting no resolution from customer service. You had our check, then sent someone to verify a lock wa s still there after the check was cashed, even though we paid the current bill in full we have another disconnect notice.

I Have be living on my house for six years.They send me the huge bill that I never ever received in a six year period and it's 3 times more than what I pay every billing cycle.covington water district is the worst water company.

This is the worst company you will ever be forced to deal with. They truly thrive on your pain. If this was a normal company they would at least try to keep their customers happy. This place looks for ways to screw you over at all costs. I've dealt with them for 10 years on commercial and residential jobs and it never seems to every get any better. Everything is based on penalties and outrageous fees and when you try to explain or have a reasonable conversation it always goes to "You don't want your water locked up, that would cost you a lot more" everything is a gotcha with these corporate criminals.

This company is the absolute worst. The fact we have to pay for water is already messed up! Not only do we pay for it, we are paying for Poison. watch the Great Culling: our water, to understand how toxic Sodium Fluoride is. Wanna hear something funny? Because they have a deal with the city of Tacoma that means the city of Tacoma dictates our water supply. So because Tacoma voted like a bunch of idiots to put Fluoride in the water, we are getting it. I want to honestly sue the living hell out of this company for emotional infringement. Hope you read your reviews, you people are Evil scumbags.
