I will never ever order from this place again. We ordered through uber last night because I had surgery and can't be on my feet, otherwise we would have dined in. I ordered the talipia fish ( had no flavor) with rice ( had no salt) and fries ( tasted soggy, not fully cooked) My fiance had fish and shrimp soup that had no flavor and honestly I make better soup than them, colorful and tasty! The soup had no color, no taste and they gave us big corn tortillas, which we didn't expect, but they had no flavor and were moist, still. Horrible experience. I should had ordered from Acapulco off Eprihaim Ave in NFW or Jarachos off seminary. People / Places don't make authentication flavorful Mexican food anymore, unless from home, like me. Next time I order, I will choose NO Mexican food, because I'd rather make it from home. I am very dissatisfied.

They didn't deliver my food properly I was missing 2 dishes and I told them to return my money that I no longer wanted the money and they told me that they can't return my money they think that one lives next to them to go around giving so much guelta and still Even the old woman I was talking to gets annoyed, to top it off, very bad service, I tell her let me talk to your manager and nobody is available 😠

Apart from the fact that the prices went up a lot, very bad attention if you go with another family or friends and tell them that you want separate accounts, they do not want to do it, they tell you that the system does not leave them an answer that does not make sense, I do not understand why they say that is absurd

Terrible customer service, food is great but never answered calls to place orders. Chivos de oro is better very disappointed with Chalio’s.
