I've been going here since I was literally a few weeks old, and it has always felt so familiar and homey. All of the employees are kind and warm! There's such a wide selection of books and other miscellaneous items, and the Cafe serves a great selection including Starbucks. (They are not Starbucks though, so they won't take Starbucks gift cards!) Overall a definite staple in my life.

Love love love b&n. It's always so easy to find what I need. The Cafe is my go to for doing homework. I've ordered books from here twice for school, and both times never got the call that they were in. I called a few times for each one. One of them was canceled for unknown reasons, and the other came in but I never got the call. Fortunately I called just before they stopped holding it. I've decided to stop getting my school books here, but everything else about it is great. The Cafe staff is always friendly. People on the floor are always helpful. I really enjoy coming here

Go to the website, select the items you want and add them to the cart. Go to check-out & choose either "ship to home" or "pick up in store."
You can order online for pick up in store or ship to your home .you can come into the store to the customer service desk and they will order it for you to pick up in store or ship to your home, or you can call and order over the phone once again pick up or ship home . If you have a membership the shipping is free and expidited, if not there may be shipping fee depends on ovrall cost.
