Can't really rate the doctor when the person who answers the phone is so rude you have to hang up. Just wanted to find an ENT and the lady who answered the phone sure made me decide it wont be this place. How about not laughing at the people trying to explain what you want to be seen for. JS

Dr. Scott was just absolutely AMAZING! I took my daughter here after taking her to the urgent care and wasting my money for them to tell me they don't know what's wrong and I needed to take her to an ENT. He was so kind and was silly with her to keep her mind off the fact that he had to pull something out of her ear. He was knowledgeable and immediately knew what was causing her pain and kept me very well informed through the whole process, even showed me her eardrum with a camera otoscope. His compassion kept her calm. I would highly recommend this doctor!

Do you have to be referred by an MD to see you?

Depends upon insurance

I have trouble pronouncing words and have slurred speech. I have been to a neurologist and all sorts of tests. He said he doesn't know what's wrong. Would an ENt help or not?

I would say it could not hurt. An ENT specializes in Ear, nose and throat. Could it be a hearing problem or a mouth problem? Have you had a stroke? Mini strokes? Is this a recent development or something that has gone on for a while? You might also consider a speech therapist.
