I'm always honest about my experiences. All I can definitely say is to definitely not go to buffalo wild wings or at least never go to this location for sure. I had to write a review after my last experience here. I ordered pick up and through their app which isn't a smooth experience as is. So I came and picked up my order and went home because the food was for my little siblings and I. I opened the food and immediately realized that everything was boneless and the sauces were all wrong as well. I paid for bone-in and the sauces that I ordered and didn't get any of that. My little siblings couldn't eat the hot wings they messed up and so the food wasn't even gonna be eaten by the people it was intended for. So I called looking for a refund for my wrong order and food wasted. I am always nice and cordial because I work in the food industry myself and always value smooth and nice interactions. I just merely asked for my refund and the manager kept saying that he couldn't believe it and kept uttering that he was the one who bagged it. I didn't know exactly what he wanted me to say or do, I was literally looking at the incorrect order as I was talking to him. It was like he wanted me to send him or picture or something which was starting to make me feel uncomfortable and unhappy but I still was nice and he had said he refunded my order but it's been more than enough time and I didn't receive my 30-40 bucks back. At this point I was really hoping I didn't get done wrong and that he would just refund my order correctly for the sake of customer service and being professional but it seems that wasn't the case. They have messed up orders numerous of times before but I would just deal with it but this time was just ridiculous. I recommend that whoever is reading this not to go to this location but instead go to the Wingstop across the street where they treat customers nicely and get orders correct and promptly and provide the satisfaction that you are looking for. I personally will not be coming back to this location but I wish the best and hope things like this won't happen to anyone else coming to this establishment.

I highly recommend the buffulo chicken tots. Instead of the medium sauce, you can add your favorite sauce; sometimes, I do Asian Zing. If you want to get an appetizer for the table, this is a hit!

Very bad experience to me today. I was ordered 6 Original wings hot sauce with extra wet As well as extra sauce on the side for Togo .they said it will take 25 minutes.once I pick my wings I verified the wings are extra wet or not on Inside the store and told the front desk lady right away “it looks like not extra wet” they said you came late little late and when ever the order came we directly keep it on the oven. That’s why the extra wet was gone. It completely not worthy words and make any sense to me, I know wet wings won’t go like that. She told like they can’t help anymore Also, I requested them to please provide the extra hot sauce but they said I have to pay for that again. The front lady might do not know how to respect or talk/treat to the customers.

Bad experience.. bar tender was amazing. She took very good care of her guest. But Cook pathetic. They just give the wings with very very less sauce. Everytime I need to order more sauce. This is bad as they don't put adequate sauce to wings. How a customer ask extra sauce each and every time. This should be taken care of. I have figured out that this happens to almost every branch. They don't put sauce and wings are just like fried once without kuch sauce. Really a bad experience. Bww should work on how to make happy customers rather than just making money.
