I wish I had an option to just give this zero stars. I came to give my kid a good time for a hour and it just wasn’t it from a parent standpoint. The assistance at the desk was pretty rude to us at the beginning, made us redo our waiver form & we waited for a long while & it was very hot in the place. After getting through the waiver form I had to pay for the socks which was fine, but gave me all of my change back in nickels. Nickels?? Parts of the place was roped off where kids shouldn’t go but they are barely roped off & a child can still go through to whatever area is under “construction” and eventually get hurt. The workers on the floor are doing their part by trying to keep order with lots of kids around. I get it, it gets hectic at times with a lot of kids but it wasn’t welcoming. I don’t complain about much but man this was just a terrible experience.

This is the WORST trampoline Park we have been to. Most of the entire park was closed for whatever reason. Be warned first of all most of the staff hates their lives and aren't helpful. Second of all, you MUST purchase their socks so factor that in to their price right off the bat. Third of all, Austin, one of their very young workers thinks he owns the place (and who knows, maybe he's the owner's son that's why he acts so entitled). He yelled (and laughed while doing it) at my 5 year old for a completely unnecessary reason, which was not posted that she could not do, and claimed to me "he works there". I told him he did not have a right to bully a 5 year old for waiting her turn for one of the items to play on with her sister. There were all of 5 kids in the whole park and he specifically picked her out to bully. He appears to scare his other coworkers based on the interactions I saw, as well. I don't know who his parents are, but I would be ashamed if my child EVER acted that way to anyone, let alone a 5 year old little girl.

The unfriendly recitation lies to me when I enrolled my 2 years old here. It costs me $21 per month just for my 2 year old. I m not allowed cancel it until 3 months later. It turned off only several trampoline here and on rly one smallest corner allow my daughter to jump. And I m not allowed to sit at the edge to communicate or teach my 2 year old-they asked me to sit in the narrow hallway to watch my kid! And unhelpful staff just standing there like a statue. They don’t play or communicate with kids. I made such a bad decision to enroll my kid here. (2weeks later) I had to bring my daughter here again since we paid a lot here. And today has someone following us every to forbidding my daughter do anything. How terrible here. This guy in the photo kicked my daughter out the big open empty area because my daughter had to walk on those orange square, somehow, he thinks my 2 year old can fly among those trampolines?

This is really easy to find. Even though it's in the mall it is very large and there's so much to do. They have been keeping it very clean due to covid periodo the covid. I love how many different activities there are. They have good food and drinks at a decent price. I would definitely recommend a birthday here also.

They do
1hr-$13 1hr 30min-$16 2hrs-$19 But 6 hours is alot and you problably won't jump for that long.
Would be a good idea
Best to call them and ask or go online website is skyzone.com
It depends on how long you choose to jump...I'm not sure what the jump times are right off the top of my head and I'd recommend calling them or going online and checking
if children can walk, they can enter.
One pair of socks cost Only 2$
Well plus the $2 socks they sell. Even if you have socks on. They won't let you in unless you buy their socks.
