Went in for a washer & dryer set and left paying 0$ and got a 3 day delivery(100$ charge) Juan helped us and he was literally the best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a long time. Explained everything to us really well.

Savings on the damaged appliances are not low enough to make it worth it. Better off waiting for a sale. Their hiring standards are lower than a normal Lowe's.

The time is 9:19 PM, we are still waiting on a delivery that was supposed to be here between 8 am - 12 pm. When I called for an update, they said expect it to be 8 PM. Still no phone call from the delivery drivers. I called many times today, and this last time at 6:22 PM the representative at the store said he would call me in 15 minutes with more information. Well they are closed now and never called me. I know they work with a 3rd party delivery service, but this is unacceptable. We are without a fridge!! And have no idea if it will be delivered tonight or at all. UPDATE: I spoke with the manager at Lowes who was very helpful and finally got me some answers. The 3rd party delivery service didn’t finish with their other deliveries until 1 am and our fridge was damaged in the process. They will be sending one that is not damaged, but I still wish I would have received a call from the drivers that they wouldn’t be coming. Lowes should have better communication with the third party delivery service and their customers.
