Every time we order for pick up, we cant even get the pizza inside because their doors are always locked! We have to wait in drive thru and they have long lines.

Both doors are locked and I just watched 5 workers walk out side at the same time. I can only assume for break. Which is ridiculous.

Absolutely horrible. My husband stopped by to get a pizza on the way home. He ordered a thin crust three meat pizza. First issue…. Menu states it is 8.99 he was charged 10.00 he asked why and they said that’s how much it is. On the receipt is shows 5.49 for thin crust and a topping charge for 3.50. We have ordered from other locations and have never seen a topping charge at all. Second issue….. the pizza looked as if it had been thrown into the box, misshapen and cut horrible. The pizza was full of oil and half of it was completely stuck to the box. Absolutely nasty and Corporate has been notified with a detailed post about this horrible experience.

Customer service, horrible. My order I placed on 11/11 was not complete!! Called the store and the young man that answered the phone, all he had to say was come back and pick it up! Talked to Danielle M., who I was told was the manager. She said she’d credit my card and it would take 5-7 days. I waited, credit never came, big shock there!! I emailed corporate to no avail, of course got sent to the wrong place. Gave it a few more days, called and spoke to someone in corporate and they said they would have the district manager call me to resolve. Well, I’m still waiting for that phone call. I’m not worried about the money, it’s all principle now! If Little Caesars needs my money that bad that could ask for donations. Not just steal it from me! So next time you go, make sure all your stuff is there otherwise you’ve just made a donation, because it’s not always convenient to run back to the store and pick up items that were not in the portals!
