Quick, excellent service. Good pricing. I also needed a remote, which he ordered and had sent to his place so I could avoid shipping costs. All around nice guy, and I couldn't more highly recommend.

Robert is very Very rude. Called for an estimate and he had to go to his other computer to the estimate and informed me that he will call me back. He called me back but I missed his call. I called back and he told me that he wasn’t interested in fixing my tv and hung up in my face. No explanation no nothing. So I tried to call back because I wanted to know what I did but he picked up and hung up again. Just rude customer service and just a rude person in general. Thank you Robert I will never give my money to your company. Have a great day!!!

No, broken screens are not economically repairable, And most manufacturers don’t make replacements available.

We are closed today, on our way to Lake Isabella to do service calls. I may have the lamp in stock but I don’t remember the model number to check. If I do have it, I could meet you at the shop tomorrow. Send me the model number and I will check. Thanks Robert

I have a 60” Sony tv my tv picture and sound Would fade for a few seconds and then come back on, and then repeat I took off the back panel and you can see that the projector lamp is what’s fadeing it goes out for a few seconds and comes back on!

The lamp is probably bad. Genuine replacement is $150 installed in your home with a 1 year warranty. Counterfeit lamps are $25-50, we don’t use them.

I've called every day this week...no answer. Anyone know how to reach them? I had 2 TVs repaired a few years ago and I had exceptional customer service. I need a 3rd TV repaired and I don't want to go anywhere else.
