Bad service, bad service, bad service! On google they said open until 8pm but when I arrived at 19:03. The staff told me they only accept order before 7pm! How ridiculous if they don’t want the business why they open it and hire such stuff?! Never go there! There are so many other vision centers which is much much better than them!

I Refuse to do business with a store that will not answer a telephone! I have tried all morning to reach the vision department. The phone numbers posted on the website are incorrect. I can’t get a real person to answer the main number for the store. I give up. I will take my business elsewhere.

They need better workers. I placed an order for my contacts and they said they will call me. Never got a call. And when i ordered them there was 2 elderly people that assisted me. Not only did i wait patiently for nearly and hour. Never found the right Rx and then need clarification from the Optical place. they said they will call me. Never did a month went by and if it wasn't bc i called they would have never called me. They need better employees or people who have more knowledge in the optical field.
