I ordered a fridge online. It was delivered 2 hours beyond delivery time frame (12 to 4). It did not work when plugged in. Delivery driver took it back. Lowes then automatically rescheduled delivery next day. Which did not work for me. On the website, I'm unable to reschedule. So I walked into a store to customer service to ask for help. I was told I was in the wrong store, to call Mesquite. So I called Mesquite. I gave my last name. Couldn't find the order. I gave order number and they pulled it up. Lowes said delivery is 3rd party and they can't reschedule. I said maybe just give me a refund then!!!!! Horrible customer service. Rude people do not take the effort to help. Unbelievable hard to get their mistake fixed!!!!

I was at Lowe's on Jupiter at the garden center only. It was this older black lady at the register. It appears maybe she was just not good at customer service because I had over 15 plants and I took all of them out of the cart so she could scan them. When she finished scanning them she gave me the receipt. She didn't even offer to help put them back in the cart. I asked for a bag to put my plants in because that's what I'm used to Lowe's employees doing when you buy plants. When I asked for bags she nonchalantly replied I don't have any. I asked could she call someone to bring some. She didn't respond. So I asked her could she give me the plastic they normally give so I could put in in my trunk because the plants may turn over and I will have dirt every where. This woman wasn't helpful at all! It was a young man whom name was Hanson that gave me the plastic. She acted like I was getting on her nerves or something. But there was a young man named Hanson that assisted me by putting the river rocks in my trunk for me which calmed my anger on how the other employee acted. Not good customer service on her part at all but thank goodness you have great employees like Hanson because that not a good attitude to have when you work for a great company/store like Lowe's. She may need to be retrained.

I wandered around the indoor/outdoor garden dept for over 30 minutes trying to find what I needed. Not one employee stopped to asked me if I was finding everything ok. I had a customer block my path and try to harass me while 2 male associates slipped before I could ask them for help. I found 2 out of the 3 items I came in for, on my own. I used your app to locate where the 3rd item was supposed to be but it was not there. I could not find bird seed ANYWHERE on isle 22 like it’s clearly listed to be. I bought a bird feeder and tall shepherds hook which was heavy and awkward to walk around with. While at self check out… your employee sat on her butt and watched me struggle to hold my items and scan the barcodes. The cord for the hand held scanner was getting tangled in the tags on the items. She just sat there and watched me struggle… then had the nerve to tell me to have a good day. There was 0 customer service there today. Absolutely none. I typically love shopping at my local Lowe’s… but maybe I will shop at Stones Ace hardware which is much closer to my home and they’re always above and beyond with great customer service!

It started out not so being great but Jack the glass cutter made it better I was there to get some glass cut but he said the highest they cut is 36 he was cutting a glass before me but it was cool to watch he even showed me a little bit about it also while training another associate.
