A no pressure trucking company with a great work environment. There's no such thing as a perfect job or company. You simply get back what you put into it. I've worked at TFS for many years and have found it to be a job and workplace that treats you with respect and dignity. The office staff, shop, equipment and maintenance personnel are top notch and go above and beyond to satisfy their customer needs as well as keeping their drivers on their steady runs as well as giving them ample home time to be with their families.
