First post pandemic movie theatre adventure ~ so not going to be too critical. Online tickets and reserved seating were much appreciated and contributed to stress free matinee afternoon. Concession prices were as expected (outrageous) ......and the movie presentation was great !

One of the smaller IMAX screens in DFW, but still, a really big screen, and I wished they had recliner seats for the price

Decided to wake up and bring in 2022 with kids watching Spider-Man. Walked up to purchase the 1st showing at noon and the negativity started. The young lady was curt and not friendly. As we walked to the main building, the ticket taker was leaning and horrible body language. When I told Happy New Year..nothing. You can't start a new year watching a movie without warm popcorn. Nope expensive cold popcorn that you need to ask for butter. The movie room was clean, comfortable and restrooms were clean but the customer service was horrible. AMC you want us back, train your young staff that greeting us in a positive way will get us back sooner rather than later.

Good amc but not all have recliner seats. Only few have. So just a suggestion for recliners lovers to visit other amc. Rest this amc has Dolby and imax so all good with recliner experience. Nice place and free parking. Lot of free space around. Very clean area. Nice visit.
