I am looking for an apartment with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms preferably upstairs and it would be nice if they give me a view of the street that would be nice outside and I have read all the comments and I am surprised I have never read so many comments with 5 stars I need to move on October 28 God willing if can find a home in this property I am happy motivated to want to live here thanks to the comments I got here I do not live here and I am already happy to spend my Christmas holidays And Decembrinas here I am waiting for Monday to arrive thanks to all many blessings

I have had the privilege of being a tenant here for 3 lease seasons. Family and other considerations now dictate that I move away from Houston. What was it like to live here? The setting is beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained; the Management Team is composed of people who are cutting edge professionals. They also have retained their humanity, as they interact with their tenants and fulfill their responsibilities . My neighbors are culturally diverse, hard working, decent, respectful, considerate families and singles. The apartment units are maintained to a high standard of repair and function. Pricing is in alignment with the market. The location is convenient. All is peaceful and well here. I appreciate having had the opportunity, and will miss living at The Reserve at Creekbend.

I went here looking for 2 bedroom the first time the lady had a passive attitude and never send me the link to apply. So I went to bankside across the street instead and the lady there was more helpful. She actually end up helping to apply at Creekbend anyway and I was denied due to "credit" and it didn't match their point system but when I called the company they used to get info the company said everything was clear except an closed account with a $200 balance (idk what that is, I'll be looking into it) but if that's the ONLY thing that came up. Dang, you must be damn near perfect to live in the hood smh I also find it funny that the apartment that I applied for was leased the same day. Money and time wasted.

Lived here for 2 years, Alicia and maintenance are awesome!! Even though I don’t live here anymore I definitely recommend it it’s a quiet, safe and friendly community. When we moved in our apartment was SPOTLESS!! Our experience here was awesome!!
