Am not here to talk about the place am here to talk about dr patino Please choose your dr carefully because when she was in personique in Austin in January of this year 2022 i when to get a tummy tuck and lipo 360 that came out to be $12,600 and i paid in full cash She did the tummy tuck but she never did the lipo 360 because my mid back and lower back is still the same. And when i talked to her about it she told me she did that i was just swollen that it would go down its been 10months since i got my procedure done and my back still the same. Now i need to talk to the new doctor and see if they will do it right with out charging me again because i paid for it and i should of got it. I used the faja garment like she told me so but i think you should get what you paid for and the doctor should tell you if they can do it and only take your money and do what they want so please be carful if your Dr is Dr.Patino she will take your money and tell you she will do what you want and do what she wants

The doctor I had (Dr. Ziakas) and price I paid for the surgery were the best (and only) things worth coming to this company. The communication (all calls) were a horrid experience. For anyone spending money to have an invasive surgery performed, the lack of clear communication and coordination between the patient and office is terrible and needs a complete overhaul. Let the small clinics (in the various cities) do the pre and post op surgeries and let patients select the times. Y’all are so quick to lock a new patient in, take their payment, get reviews and feedback, etc, but scheduling was extremely sub par. Would I recommend? Possibly, but I doubt that I will be back if I ever choose to undergo a cosmetic procedure. I’d rather pay more for the customer service and better coordination. The Houston office staff were lovely to deal with - from the pre op staff to my post op nurse to my day of surgery nurse to the anesthesiologist to the post op massage lady - all phenomenal and made me feel comfortable. It’s just the communication coming out of the main office in Miami that needs to change.

Dr Patino and the staff at the Houston location are the best!! The bedside manner outweighs any slight miscommunications that may occur. I would recommend anyone going here!

I am super in progress with the work that iso the doctor girls cheer up with her very pretty the doctor God bless her always
