This center clearly values profit over their patient. During the consultation they immediately dismissed my concerns and convinced me how safe the procedure is. They don’t tell you about complications. It’s clearly not for everyone. Now one month post operation my vision is MUCH WORSE than before WITHOUT glasses. I regret the day I listened to their “doctors.” What I wouldn’t give to have my old vision back. Going to this center is a gamble. Please don’t take the risk it really isn’t worth it.

I want to start by giving the fantastic staff of this office a thank you. Alex, Nha, Ingrid, Reyna, Dr.Su, and Dr. January, when I entered the office, I planned to go to another company, but I wanted to see how the rates were at Lasik Plus. Not only did everyone greet me with amazing conversations and excellent customer service. I walked out of that office like a part of the Lasik Plus family. I immediately canceled my appointment with a different company and scheduled my surgery with them. If you are nervous, worried about the rate, or don’t feel like you have all the answers about Lasik, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! I recommend you go check them out because you will not get better service from anyone else in Houston!

Game changer. Definitely should’ve done a lot sooner. Top class service. Staff always have the smile on their face. Explained the process and answered all the questions. Very professional.
