Ok so after having the worst experience at picture people we headed to JCPenney portrait and boy are we glad we did. Not only did they empathize and take us in with no appointment but our maternity family picture experience did a 360. Our photographer was amazing and directed each person and move. Packages are sooooo much more reasonable in price and our pictures turned out perfect. Our future business lies with JCPenney. Thank you guys so much!!!

Absolutely horrible! When I called to make the appointment for my family to come get pictures taken for Christmas cards I was told that as long as the pictures were taken by December 10th we would be able to receive them by Christmas. When I arrived at the studio I told the staff yet again that the pictures were for Christmas cards the three times. I was informed after the sitting when we're looking at the pictures that we would not be able to get them in time for Christmas. We were told that we could receive digital prints for $100! We have gone to the studio for several years and have never received this horrible service. I suggested to the staff that they call other customers to inform them ahead of time that their pictures will not arrive in time for Christmas to save others what we had to go through. We ended up having to spend $180 and that included a coupon to simply receive our digital prints online. I will never return to the studio again and it is very unfortunate that they are being represented this way.

The girls in here are very kind...however our pictures turned out horrible...the boys were making goofy faces or looking anywhere but the camera..I wish the photographer would have told the older boys to look at her...not just accept these horrible pictures...Sadly, they wouldn't let us retake them, because they had so many people waiting in line. My oldest leaves to go back to college on Saturday, and these are our Christmas pictures.. I'm very sad they turned out so bad..

I’ve taken my family pics at JCPenney at least once a year in the past 6 years. I have to say the professionalism and quality have been the worst ever been. I scheduled another session but I am cancelling. The photographer was terrible at taking photos. Every one in the picture and 8 photos, Not one single one where everyone was looking at her. She didn’t even say anything. We didn’t see it until we went to pick out the pictures. Definitely won’t be visiting this location again.
