I have been giving plasma for years and ALWAYS feel the stick. Today I gave and had Mike (tall Mike) stick me and I literately had to look down at my arm to see the needle in it because I did NOT feel a single thing. He was so amazing.

Horrible experience with exception of one staffmember who did my original screening on my first visit. Second visit screener was impatient rude and acted very much as if you were an inconvenience to be sitting there. I get white coat syndrome very easily and had small scratches on my arm from yardwork so screener calls another person to look at my arm scratches and then takes my blood pressure which at that point shot up because of screener causing me anxiety and unease. Told come back to be screened again in 10 minutes as I go back for second test screener calls another person over to look at arm again making an even bigger deal of it. Does test I was several points even higher than last test because of more anxiety given to me by screener doing this. Being agitated I called to talk to manager to say I didn't feel that was appropriate to do at the minimum check arms out call whoever needs to look than give the 10 mins min to lower blood pressure and retest. Was told to come back next day .I ended up with same screener only she seemed even ruder than prior visit to me she did exactly the same thing as prior day. Told come back another day. A day later get call from there protein levels too low for donation gotta take a blood sample and send it out for levels could take up to seven days... Mind you when you are a new donor you receive new donor fee which is higher than normal fees and which donations have to be donated within a 35 day period to be able to collect the amount. Waited 7 days still heard nothing so I called they replied your protein levels are still too low we need another test to send out which I said ok fine . After getting off phone went to another donation center to have protein levels checked. My protein levels were fine to donate and I have never been turned away for low protein levels ever. I think this was a retaliation for making a complaint against an employee. I don't recommend this place for donating to anyone.

The last few times I’ve donated at this location my experience has been absolutely horrible. First off they only got 1 person checking people in and then there’s only 2 people sticking needles in arms. It took them 1 hour and 40 min before I was even seated for the procedure. I would not recommend this location . Definitely not worth the time it takes out of my day for the cheap amount they pay for plasma donations. 100% absolutely disappointing experience. I highly recommend not going here.

UNERSTAFFED which makes for ridiculously long wait times and inadequate cleanliness. The bathrooms and seating areas were very dirty. These places prey on desperate people and this is one of the worst examples, coporate should be ashamed. Staff however, was very nice and deserve better working conditions.

Transitional housing isn't only for people who have been to jail. It's typically people who are were recently homeless or low-income.
$75 first donation. Then $50 the first four times
I've never received any mail from them, I think it's more for being able to prove your residence and the fact that you're a citizen. And stable too. Homeless and No address, I don't know how much they'd like that.

They don't run a check . But they do read these comments.
Not necessarily, it depends on the medications. Blood Services and Plasma have a lot of similarities, but also some major differences. I would give them a call and ask to speak with the physician. They should be able to let you know for sure.
Yes, you will be considered a new donor.
No but isnt it just kinda a common sense thing that your supossed to have a photo ID on you all tbe time?
I believe it is just a walk in
Check with your doctor. And if you are a new donor DONT hide any medical information during the first time donor interview. Ultimately it is up to them to decide if you can donate and how often.
Yes
You should be able to get a new one call in make sure your still in the system
I think they pay $75 for your first visit. Your first time there takes anywhere from 2.5 to 3.5 hours, depending on how busy they are when you go in. You have to go through a pretty detailed screening process.
No, they pay you, first month it adds up to like 300, if you go all the time, after that it's about 200
Best of them in the area, least amount of waiting as they've only been there a short time BUT always understaffed so depending on if someone isn't there for their shift it's a mess
It just depends on what time go honestly some times im in and out then sometimes im waiting in that first line but your first time is only long because the videos and all the stuff they have to show you and get you in the system.
Good place
You should call them because I'm not sure, but I think it's at least 7 days maybe?
Plan on being there for several hours your first visit :)
45 on the second donation and Sometimes more
But you can change them whenever you like. You just need to plan ahead accordingly. The next day would be wed. And your donating plasma, not blood, they are different.
They are not currently offering refferal bonuses right now. I donate consistently twice a week.
No
Closed christmas
Open christmas eve until 4pm
I didn't need mine. I just have them the number
They provide a cash card that you can use at an atm or transfer to your bank.
How does weight come into the equation?
90-180 50-100
Its $50 the first 5 visits for new donors. After that its $25 the first donation of the week and $45 the second one..so its $70 a week and with bonuses you can earn up to $75 extra after 6 donations in 30 days
Thwy will check his health history. And ask him questions. If he is a high risk than the answer is no. This company cares about the health of their donaters
I would call and ask because they ask for current mail with your physical address, so you may or may not be able to do it.
Yes. New donors can make $50 for their first 5 visits.
If your new its $50 the first 5 donations after that its depending on your weight. I get $25 the first donation and $45 the on second one and i weigh 210lbs so i get the max..
You don't have too no
