KS Beauty Supply is AWESOME!!! I always go to this beauty supply but about 2 weeks ago I bought 2 Nose Rings along with some other things, when I got home I didn't see the Nose Rings and didn't have the number to call. I went back today for some things I needed and told the owners about what happened, they were very apologetic and offered 50% off on the Nose Rings if I wanted to purchase them again. They immediately contacted the employees that worked that weekend to confirm and the employee were HONEST and confirmed that they were left and I was given my Nose Rings with no charge 😁 Thanks KS Beauty Supply

This store discriminates against “men” trying on wigs. I was there with my newly transitioning MTF partner who was interested in getting a wig. We were told that we are able to try on the wigs after purchasing a 50 cent wig cap which we did without issue. We were told that we were only allowed to try on 3 wigs maximum which my partner had already narrowed down to the 2 they wanted to try on as we were planning on purchasing one of the two. It was only after we got the cap on my partner that the sales woman came back to tell us that “men”weren’t allowed to try on the wigs as other women in the store would have a problem with this. My partner is new to transitioning and this was a big step for them and it was really discouraging and embarrassing to them that the woman working took no issue with a female presenting woman trying on a wig but not a more masculine presenting woman. There was no reason for this and it was a really bad experience.
