I hate to leave reviews, especially bad ones. I went to this particular sallys today just to find a file and buffer and was looking for an eyeshadow pallette. I am a licensed cosmetologist and a cosmetology teacher. I over heard the salesperson telling a customer who was 100% grey level 10 on the top level 8 on her nape to use age perfect with a 30 volume developer. I'm sorry as a pro I could not let her do that. I intervened and gave the customer my advice. With gray coverage all you need is 20 volume especially going darker than your base. That really upset the staff apparently and then they proceeded to treat me terribly when I asked where the makeup pallettes were....not sure the name of this girl who works there but very rude very condescending. Maybe if sallys hired people that were educated in the products they sale they would be better off....just saying

I believe her name was Adrianna she was super helpful and gave me the best suggestions because I was very unsure. She even showed me pictures of her hair the colors she dyed it. She has a great vibe and very friendly.

The manager there is very rude and has a bad attitude. We just wanted great customer service my mom and I and she was just plain rude and trust me me and my mom are the nicest people ever we where just wanting some good advice but instead we got a very bad attitude and rudeness. ):

Rude worker, second time I come to this store and she had a bad attitude both times. Wont come here again!
