I was with Molly Maid for over one year. On a monthly schedule. My income changed, therefore I had to discontinue their services. I am expecting company from out of town, and I have some health issues. I phoned them to see if I could get them to come out to clean prior to the date my company was arriving. I was told my price now would be much higher, and also, the young lady I spoke to was somewhat rude. Terrible to think they no longer care about your services. Somethings are missed, however; I know no one is perfect, and that includes myself. I have been with Molly Maid for some time. They are wonderful to work with.

The teams they send out do a very thorough job and I was happy with my cleaning. I had a communication issue with one of my scheduled cleanings, but management went above and beyond to resolve the issue and make sure I was happy. Because of that I will continue to use Molly Maids.
