Do not go to the ER with your child. I sat here for 6 hours with my 11 month old just to find out they aren't pediatrics hospital nor have the equipment to do any type of tests. I only came here because it was the closest to where I live. Had I known it was not pediatric hospital I would have never wasted my time and make the drive to CDH.

Nurse Bridget took care of me in room 1018 and I was there for a few days. She was the worst. She was very rude and acted so bothered any time I pushed my call light. She made me feel so uncomfortable and I was scared to even ask for anything. I had my call light unanswered for 40 mins in the middle of the night. Every time she came in my room she was yawning and was not listening to what I was saying. Nurse was not believing my pain and I don’t ever want her In my room ever again. Worst experience

Worst hospital ever!! If I could give them zero stars I would. They won’t allow more then 2 people to wait in the waiting room for a family member I literally just brought back to life. Your employees at the front desk are rude and don’t care about the patients and their families. This is why I drive over an hour to a different hospital if I need one. There is a 2 hour wait sign. A hospital is for EMERGENCIES but yes please let someone wait 2 hours for help. I’ve been there before for my asthma and had to wait 4 hours for help almost to the point of having to be intubated. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

Takes forever to get assisted. 2-5 hour wait. People can literally die before getting treated in the waiting room

Yes, you can bring flowers to family and friends. Just make sure to check with staff first, especially if the person you're bringing them to has allergies or has certain restrictions.
